Shane Duncan began his career in the RV business the day after high school graduation in 1988. He was hired into an entry-level truck driving position by Trailblazer Inc. In 1991, Shane joined Damon Corporation in the parts department where he spent his next three years. He was promoted three times from parts packing to Group Leader - to Parts Advisor - to Purchasing Agent. In 1994, Duncan Systems, Inc. recruited Shane to manage all RV glass sales for the next two years until the business grew and he was then promoted to Customer Service Manager. Shane managed the glass unit which consisted of ten people for the next five years. At this point, he transitioned into the role of Operations Manager for two additional years until he was promoted to VP and General Manager of Duncan Systems, Inc. Duncan had grown to nearly 100 employees at this point. In November of 2006, Duncan was purchased by HKW, and Shane was promoted to his current position as President & COO of Duncan Systems, Inc.
