Will joined the company in 1998 as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing and was promoted to President in June 2006. In October 2006 he was given the additional title of Chief Executive Officer. Will earned his B.Sc. from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois and has an M.B.A. from the Wake Forest University Babcock School of Management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Textile Machinery Association as its Vice Chairman. Will also serves on the boards of ATME (American Textile Machinery Exhibition) and the International Textile Manufacturers Federation. Prior to joining Navis Global, Will spent 13 years with National Starch & Chemical in progressing responsibilities in Sales, Marketing and Business Management.
