Rick Shand has been the CEO of OakRiver Technology since its inception in 1998. Prior to co-founding OakRiver Technology, Rick was an Operations Manager for the Medical Imaging Division of 3M, responsible for the manufacture of Medical Laser Imagers. Earlier in Rick's career, he held engineering management and project engineering positions in the hard disk drive industry while employed by Seagate Technology. Rick holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
